01.What is the difference between Wash & Press and Dry Cleaning for a dress shirt?
Machine Wash & Press washes cotton shirts in water and detergent, pressing them damp on heated machines for a crisp, stiff collar and cuffs. Dry Cleaning uses gentle chemical solvents without water, which protects delicate materials (silk, linen, wool), preserves deep colors, and prevents shrinking.
02.Can I get same-day service for Wash & Fold laundry?
Yes! If you drop off your laundry before 11:00 AM on weekdays (Monday through Friday), your wash & fold order will be cleaned, dried, folded, and ready for pickup after 6:00 PM the same day.
03.How does Wash & Fold pricing work? Is there a minimum?
For Wash & Fold laundry, anything at and below 10 pounds is charged at a fixed base rate ($17.50 cash / $18.03 credit). For loads over 10 lbs, each additional pound is simply billed at our per-pound rate ($1.75/lb cash / $1.80/lb credit).
04.How long does Dry Cleaning take?
Our standard dry cleaning turnaround is usually ready the day after tomorrow at 6:00 PM (a standard 2-day turnaround). This gives us ample time to inspect stains, carefully solvent-clean, and hand-press each item.
05.How do Alterations and Tailoring work?
You can bring your garments in anytime for fitting and measurement. We handle pant hemming, waist adjustments, zipper replacements, dress alterations, and jacket adjustments. Turnaround varies by complexity.
